We will accept easy returns and refunds for:

The products must be under original conditions unless it is personalized or other customized product (stitched to your specifications) may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Disputes registered after 4 days from the delivery date may not be entertained.

Procedure to place return request

You can  e-mail us to [email protected]  with in 3 to 4 days from date of delivery.

Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns.

We will initiate return pickup and our Agent will come to collect the shipment (Our Agent pick up will be done all over India where 90% of pin-codes are in service).

Agent pickup will be attempted only once between 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the same day of pickup label generated.

Shipment must be kept ready before our Agent Pickup is attempted.

If return pickup is not available in your pin-code area, we request you to return the shipment through any courier to us.

Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.

How are items packaged?

Please repack the products as per the original packing.

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

We will mail the return shipping label. Take the print out and paste it on the parcel

Note: If the shipping labels are not pasted and displayed on shipment during the pickup. Penalty of Rs 500 will be deducted from your refundable amount.

What is Refund Policy ?

We sell all products on wholesale rates and free shipping in India (Forward/Return). However on return, shipping charges will be deducted from invoice amount.

When will I be refunded?

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verification at our end.

Refund amount will be deposited into your Bank Accounts through IMPS/NEFT with in 3 or 4 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)
